Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfer using proper techniques and equipment.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient needs.
  • Communicate patient changes and concerns to the nursing staff and charge nurse.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

Qualifications

  • Current, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Oklahoma.
