Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety
- Administer medications under proper supervision and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Support emotional well-being through meaningful patient interactions
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
