Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist nurses and physicians with medical procedures and patient transport.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and facility policies.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment for patients and families.
Qualifications
- Active and current Massachusetts CNA License required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
