Your Mission, Your Passion
We are looking for individuals who are eager to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA, you will be the heart of our care team, building meaningful relationships with our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics.
- Document patient care activities and changes in patient condition accurately.
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care plans are followed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Current and valid State of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
