Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient intake/output, and behavioral changes
- Assist with medical procedures under RN supervision including wound care and catheter management
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments and proper infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding patient needs
- Support patients with nutritional needs and dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain organized patient rooms
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
