Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, and care documentation
- Assist with mobility transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a dignified manner
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain clean, safe, and infection-free patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred for facility transport
