Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team via remote communication tools
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patients' emotional and social well-being
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency for remote coordination
- CPR/BLS certification
- Background check and TB clearance
