Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and best practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status in electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Adhere to infection control standards and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New York State
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
