We are looking for CNAs who are passionate about patient care and can adapt to both remote administrative support and hands-on in-person assistance. Join us in our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare services to the Albuquerque community.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a home or facility setting, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with telehealth appointments and remote patient monitoring as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks when working remotely.
Qualifications
- Current and valid CNA certification in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferably in home health or long-term care.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with EHR systems.
- Reliable transportation for inpatient visits (if applicable).
- Passion for providing compassionate care to patients of all ages.
