Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and report abnormalities to the charge nurse.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Document patient care plans, progress notes, and intake information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to strict protocols and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA or LPN license issued by the State of Oklahoma.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist patients with mobility needs.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card holder).
