Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized resident care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document changes in resident condition
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Respond promptly to call lights and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Support resident independence while ensuring safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active DC CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong documentation skills
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening
