Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Support meal service and ensure dietary needs are met
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests during overnight hours
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Passionate about geriatric care and overnight work
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
