Responsibilities
- Delightful patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate monitoring and documentation of vital signs and patient conditions
- Assistance with meal preparation and feeding support as needed
- Collaborative communication with nursing staff during shift transitions
- Maintenance of clean, sanitized patient rooms and common areas
- Responding promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations

Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or hospital experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
