Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers, ambulation, and safe movement techniques
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision per protocol
- Document care delivery accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
- Support patients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care plans
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in home care or senior living
- Current CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Compassionate approach with commitment to dignity-first care
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
