Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medications and document patient records accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Respond to patient calls and emergencies promptly during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current CNA, LPN, or RN license in good standing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
