Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic bedside care and support to patients in need of assistance.
- Document patient care plans, treatments, and changes in condition accurately in electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff, physicians, and patients' families regarding patient status and needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

- Physical ability to lift, stand, and move patients as required.
