Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and infection-free environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
