Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions
- Provide mobility support and transfer assistance
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Document resident care accurately and maintain medical records
- Participate in care planning meetings with healthcare team
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Completed state-approved CNA program or willing to obtain certification
- Valid California CNA certification or ability to obtain immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
