Responsibilities
- Provide daily patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Support patient hygiene and comfort needs
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Document patient observations accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to new graduates
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must complete state-approved CNA training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Tennessee CNA license required post-training
