Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Living: Support patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating to ensure their comfort and hygiene.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient temperature, pulse, and blood pressure as directed by nursing staff.
- Patient Mobility: Help patients move safely between bed and wheelchair or assist with walking exercises.
- Communication: Serve as a vital link between patients, families, and the nursing team, reporting changes in patient condition promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and care logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide training for the right candidates.
- CNA Certification: Must hold a current CNA license or be willing to obtain one.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Soft Skills: Genuine compassion, patience, and a desire to help others.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for facility transportation (if applicable).
