Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Provide basic patient care under RN supervision
- Assist with patient positioning and transferring using proper techniques
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records
- Maintain clean and organized patient rooms
- Support nurses with clinical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we train! (CNA certification preferred but not required)
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain before hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient care
- Basic computer skills for documentation
