Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) for elderly and disabled residents
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Adhere to infection control protocols and facility regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
