Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Report patient condition changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Support patient comfort and emotional well-being
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current Colorado CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (will be provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
