Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, as directed by nursing staff.
- Move and assist patients safely using proper body mechanics and transfer equipment.
- Prepare meals and ensure patients receive their dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient status and needs.
- Document daily care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior CNA experience required; we provide the training you need.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and assist patients of varying sizes.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for some roles).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
