As a CNA, you will be the heart of our patient care team, providing essential support to those in need.
Responsibilities
- Patient Hygiene: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature accurately.
- Mobility Support: Help patients move, transfer, and ambulate safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Meal Assistance: Serve meals and assist patients with eating to ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Communication: Communicate changes in patient conditions or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain patient care logs and records.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attributes: Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Requirements: Must be willing to obtain CNA certification if not already certified.
