Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff immediately.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for patients, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Mobility Support: Help patients move, walk, and transfer safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Meal Assistance: Serve meals and assist patients with eating, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and willing to undergo our training program.
- High School Diploma: Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional patient care.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift patients, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
