Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care under the guidance of experienced RN preceptors
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to clinical supervisors
- Participate in shift handoffs and patient safety initiatives
- Complete required clinical training modules and competency evaluations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (including nights/weekends as needed)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
