Your Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be the vital link between our patients and the medical team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for those in our care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Report any changes in patient behavior, mood, or physical condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and prevent falls.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Must be willing to obtain CNA certification if not currently held (training provided).
