Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Document patient care activities and changes in patient condition accurately.
- Report any changes or emergencies to the RN or supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CNA Certification (or willing to obtain certification through our training program).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
