Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent bedsores.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and assist patients with eating.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for facility travel).
