Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status and report vital signs accurately to the nursing staff.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment before procedures.
- Document patient interactions, care plans, and observations in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and healing environment.
- Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate remote care support when applicable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; certification as a CNA is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior experience required; we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
