Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be willing to obtain a CNA certification or complete training upon hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-oriented, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Current CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory.
