Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Living Activities: Help patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility as needed.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
- Patient Comfort: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to ensure their well-being.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans.
- Communication: Report patient changes in condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure a clean, safe, and infection-free environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required for all applicants.
- Willingness to Train: Must be open to learning new skills and procedures.
- CNA Certification: Active certification (or eligibility to obtain) preferred but not strictly mandatory if willing to train.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help those in need.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
