Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, accurately.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Document daily care activities and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current State of Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform standing, walking, and lifting tasks.
