Responsibilities
- Provide personalized daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Support residents with emotional needs and social activities
- Maintain clean, safe environments per infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation to multiple Atlanta locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
