Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic personal care and hygiene assistance as needed.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas or activities.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Current state of California CNA certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plus.
