Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and document vital signs, medication adherence, and client conditions
- Companion care including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Implement individualized care plans with attention to client preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and incident reports
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
