Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care provided
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Report changes in patient status promptly to clinical team
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in long-term care or geriatric setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly patients
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Clean background check and negative TB test result
