Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient health status to the Registered Nurse (RN) immediately.
  • Assist patients with mobility issues, including transferring to and from beds, wheelchairs, and walkers.
  • Administer medication and treatments as directed by the nursing staff, strictly following safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered Oregon CNA license.
  • CPR/BLS certification is required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
