Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
- Assist patients with mobility, walking, and transfers using proper techniques.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Communicate patient needs to RNs and physicians effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA, LPN, or RN license (or willingness to obtain CNA license).
- Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
