Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians in strict accordance with legal standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Monitor patient vital signs and alert physicians immediately of any changes in condition.
- Offer compassionate emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- CURRENT and valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
