Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, and care documentation
- Assist with patient nutrition and hydration as per care plans
- Support healthcare team with patient transfers and positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
