Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Communicate patient status and changes effectively to the nursing staff and physicians.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with hospital standards.
- Support patients with daily activities and emotional needs.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State CNA license (CNA-I or CNA-II) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
