Responsibilities
- Patient Assistance: Provide direct care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Vital Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Communication: Effectively communicate patient status updates, concerns, and feedback to the nursing staff and medical team.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and hygienic at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records regarding patient care and daily activities.
- Transport Support: Safely assist patients with mobility by using wheelchairs, walkers, or stretchers as needed.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current, valid, and unencumbered CNA certification in the State of Arizona.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods while assisting patients.
