Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions
- Administer medications under nursing supervision
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Transport residents safely using proper transfer techniques
- Maintain clean, sanitized resident environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Support residents' emotional well-being and social engagement
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year senior care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Clean background check and drug screen
