Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff immediately.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in medical records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
- Transport patients to treatment areas and assist with mobility aids.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the State of Florida.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification (where required).
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to lift and move patients as necessary.
