Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Support residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Qualifications
- Must hold or be eligible for Missouri CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
