Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
- Assist residents with mobility issues, including transferring, walking, and wheelchair usage.
- Document patient care plans, changes in condition, and daily progress in accordance with facility policies.
- Administer medication as directed by licensed nurses and follow strict medication administration protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents at all times.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- Current and active Minnesota CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or hospital setting is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.

- Pass a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process.
