Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under nursing supervision
- Support activities of daily living and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop resident care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or assisted living experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
