Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance and transfer support
- Document resident observations and care in electronic health records
- Assist with meal service and ensure dietary compliance
- Support emotional well-being through companionship and engagement
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
